
Felipe Bosch
Felipe Bosch is president chairman of CMI Capital, a business group of CMI (Corporación Multi Inversiones), a multi-Latin family corporation founded in Guatemala in 1920 by his grandfather, Juan Bautista Gutiérrez. CMI has more than 54,000 employees in 15 countries, generating investment, employment, and development in the region. CMI's businesses include, within the CMI Capital group, renewable energy generation projects; real estate development; and financial service businesses.
From 2004 to 2024, he served as a director of CMI's Board of Directors. His professional experience at CMI also includes more than 13 years at Pollo Campero, a leading brand of fried chicken fast-food restaurants. He is a director of Pronaca, an Ecuadorian company dedicated to the production and distribution of food products.
In September 2024, he became chairman of CMI Capital. From 1989 to 2024, he served as president of Losa Group and as vice president of the Juan Bautista Gutiérrez Foundation, the social outreach of CMI. Felipe has promoted and collaborated on several projects in the business sector, serving as president of the Coordinating Committee of Agricultural, Commercial, Industrial, and Financial Associations (CACIF); president of the Guatemalan Chamber of Industry; president of the Guatemalan Development Foundation (FUNDESA); and as president of the National Entrepreneurs Meeting (ENADE). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University and a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Dallas
