Julián Herman is managing director and Partner, leading the Technology practice for Iberia and South America at BCG. With over 20 years of experience, he has advised leading global companies on their key challenges and driven innovative digital initiatives across multiple industries.

He is an active member of the Latin American entrepreneurial ecosystem, a mentor at Endeavor (for over 15 years), an angel investor, a board member, and a professor in the MBA and Innovation programs at the Catholic University of Chile. He holds a degree in Business Engineering from the University of Chile, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth), and an MSc in Management of Technology from MIT.
