
Marion Díaz
Marion Díaz is treasury product and referral bank manager for Andean and Southern Cone Region. In this role she is supporting corporate, public sector and NBFI clients delivering a value-add proposition by reviewing treasury challenges and goals, and advising on best practices, business continuity plans, and promoting services to help them to get more efficient processes. Marion has 18 years of experience in banking, and about 10 in telecom in areas of marketing, sales strategy, and product development. Prior Bank of America she worked in Santander bank in trade desk (FX and derivatives) and cash management products.
Marion leads legacy initiatives for Bank of America to the community such as the alliance with Belén Educa in which for more than 5 years she has relied on promoting higher education through mentoring, pre-university and development of a digital platform for traceability of continuity of studies. She also developed the creation of the Woman Artist Award, in conjunction with the Antenna Foundation, which promotes the artistic quality of women aged 60 and over.
She is auditor accountant with an MBA degree from Universidad Austral, Chile. She studied Diplomas in Women Leadership and Change Management (UAI 2019), Marketing and Sales (Andes University 2010), and Negotiation (UAI 2009). She has a Master in Sustainability Management in Universidad del Desarrollo, Chile, graduated with honors in 2022.
