A Body Routine for Glowing Skin

We have no problem paying attention to our faces—cleansers, oils, serums, moisturizers, masks, eye creams, more serums, more masks. But when it comes to our skin from the neck down, it’s remarkably easy to adopt a shower-towel-lotion approach. Do you really need a body-care routine? Well, an hour on our face, three minutes on our bodies hardly seems equitable. Here are a few ways to level up your body routine.

Exfoliate Rough Skin

Salts of the Earth Body Scrub

Before you step into the shower, sweep away dead cells with our Plant Based Body Brush. Using small circular motions, brush the skin from your toes to your chest, paying extra attention to rough areas like ankles, knees, and elbows. It’s three minutes of—shazam!—an exhilarating wake-up call for your whole body.

In the shower, scoop out a healthy dose of Salts of the Earth Body Scrub and rub it into your skin, giving a little extra love to ankles, knees, and elbows. The pink Himalayan salts melt away rough spots, while wild gigartina seaweed and shea butter leave the skin impossibly smooth. (Just don’t do this on the same day as body brushing—that can be a little too exfoliating.)

Hydrate Head to Toe

Lightly towel off so skin is still damp and work in our Anti-Aging Body Balm. Apply it anywhere you want skin to feel more taut, younger, and more nourished. The blend of coconut oil and gigartina seaweed improves the appearance of elasticity, while alaria seaweed makes skin impossibly soft.

Smooth on a light layer of Undaria Algae Body Oil from top to bottom for a rush of mineral hydration to soften, nourish, and firm.
